Susan took time to meet with us as a family on a date and time that suited us and spent considerable time hearing our stories and guiding us through the process.  The eulogy prepared by Susan felt very personable and she really captured the essence of the message our family was trying to convey.  What struck me most was how accommodating Susan was with any changes we wished to be made or additional things we wished to add at very short notice.  The process of losing a loved one and preparing a funeral and eulogy is never an easy one but having someone like Susan listening to our every word and showing such empathy and compassion made things a lot easier. 

The delivery on the day was perfect and it was obvious that Susan had spent considerable time and effort preparing for the day.  Susan spoke with a calmness and warmth that our bereaved loved one deserved and I would highly recommend her services to anyone.”
